2.2 Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your TikTok account, we access:
- Your TikTok display name and profile information (via TikTok Login Kit)
- Live stream chat messages and viewer interactions during active coaching sessions
- Live stream metadata (viewer count, stream duration, stream status)
We do not access your TikTok videos, followers list, direct messages, or any content outside of live stream sessions. We do not post content to your TikTok account.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: features used, session duration, coaching cards accepted
- Device information: browser type, operating system, device type
- Log data: IP address, access times, error logs

- Provide real-time AI coaching during your livestreams
- Generate personalized coaching suggestions based on your product catalog

4. Data Processing and AI
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process livestream data in real time. Specifically:
- Chat messages are analyzed in real time to detect viewer questions, objections, and engagement patterns
- Audio from your livestream may be transcribed using speech-to-text technology to provide coaching cues
- AI models generate coaching suggestions — these are processed in real time and not stored permanently
- Aggregated, anonymized performance data may be used to improve our AI models
We do not sell your data or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Your product catalog and business data remain yours.
5. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting (Vercel, Railway), payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Clerk), AI services (Anthropic, Deepgram, ElevenLabs) — only as needed to operate the Service
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Livestream session data (chat logs, coaching card history) is retained for 90 days to provide analytics, then automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Secure authentication via Clerk with OAuth 2.0
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Access controls limiting employee access to user data

9. TikTok Data
When you connect TikTok to DVRK AI:
- We only access data during active live coaching sessions
- TikTok authentication uses OAuth — we never see or store your TikTok password
- You can disconnect TikTok at any time from your DVRK AI settings or from TikTok's connected apps settings
- Upon disconnection, all TikTok-related data is deleted within 24 hours
Our use of TikTok data complies with TikTok's API Terms of Service.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and Singapore, where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
