By accessing or using DVRK AI ("the Service"), operated by DVRK AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DVRK AI is an AI-powered real-time coaching platform for livestream commerce. The Service analyzes live chat, audio, and video to provide actionable coaching suggestions to livestream sellers. Features include real-time coach cards, product management, AI-generated talking points, and performance analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

5. Use of Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, via their official APIs. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize DVRK AI to access your live stream data, chat messages, and viewer interactions solely for the purpose of providing real-time coaching. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using DVRK AI.

We do not store TikTok user credentials. Authentication is handled through TikTok's official OAuth flow. You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead viewers during livestreams
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. Pricing and Billing

The Service operates on a usage-based pricing model. A monthly platform fee applies to all paid accounts. Additional charges are based on active streaming hours. Free tier users receive limited access with no live coaching features. Full pricing details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DVRK AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your product data, stream content, and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the coaching features.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI-generated coaching suggestions, including talking points, objection responses, and sales prompts. These are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for what you say and do during your livestreams. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVRK AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
